Meet Trafalgar Law, from One Piece fame.
In the universe of Whispering Rock, Law was what one might call a psychic supervillain. In other words, he's the kind of guy that Whispering Rock is training potential new recruits to fight. Or... he was, before striking a deal with Interpol and the Psychonauts to work for them in exchange for amnesty for previous crimes. Feel free to have your character know of him, either by name or ones of his monickers: the Dark Doctor or the Surgeon of Death.
Said villain-turned-Psychonaut is now entering Whispering Rock as its resident medical officer as well as its Astral Projection counselor. His classes will take place in his own personal yellow submarine, which is now mysteriously in the lake. Sweet deal.
Also, this is Shika, player of a bubblegum princess. Yo.
