Hello and a hopefully pleasant Valentine's Day, Whispering Rockers - this is Blue, player of 2 from 9 a.k.a. Martin Durant, here to say two things:
1. I do apologize for being scarce the past so long - especially to Komui's player, my/Martin's first thread with whom I still haven't followed up on, and for not having tagged into the log at the Sanctuary yet. I hope nobody minds me playing catch-up with him - but anyway, I'll be getting back into things!
2. I'll be starting in on doing so with another character.
If you'd all be so kind as to welcome Edgar Teglee to Whispering Rock for the summer!
Edgar in fact hails from the Psychonauts universe as it is - and for those here not familiar with the canon beyond this RP, Edgar is a painter with a penchant for black velvet canvases and a former patient at Thorney Towers - and half-agreed half-was-forced to stay in the building long after it closed until he could break his obsessive-compulsive streak, none of that a problem any longer thanks to Raz.
(He is also at least sixty-five years old - while I tweaked his app and started to think properly about the fact that he grew up in the Fifties, I wondered whether or not I'd done my math right on Martin on the fact that he might actually be even older than him. But that's neither here nor there.)
That said, he is not a psychic - one can imagine that the Psychonauts let a filthy muggle into the camp as a gesture to someone involved in the incident that prompted the recruitment of their youngest-ever agent. But as for how he'll be spending his summer at Whispering Rock, he'll be serving as an art teacher to provide a break from the usual paranormal curriculum, as per suggestion of moderator James. I haven't quite settled on times and days for it - but once I do, it'll appear in a network post!
